Terms and Conditions

This agreement is concluded between the company QuizMillion, hereinafter referred as the Company, and the user of playing platform, hereinafter referred as the User. Please, read this agreement carefully and make sure in that you understand its maintenance. In case if you have any doubt about your rights and duties that you'll obtain if you accept this agreement, please, ask advice of a lawyer.

1 Definition

Next words and terms have the following meanings in the context of this agreement.

An intellectual on-line game is a playing service-platform given to players on the sites of www.quizmillion and belonging to Brigham Capital Ltd.

A player's account is a personal player's account opened by a physical body and served by us enabling a player to use an on-line platform for a game.

The system is the combination of software and hardware including the site of a game, the base of questions, the base of players etc. providing the process of a game.

A login is the nickname you choose during the registration in an intellectual game.

A player is a participant who has registered in the system and accepted the rules of the game.

A game is a process of answering questions within these rules.

A winner is a player winning in a game according to the rules.

2 Subject of the Agreement

This agreement involves all arrangements reached between the Company and the User and applying to the User's usage of the Intellectual on-line game.

3 Responsibility

Some countries laws don't recognize gambling in the Internet as legal, and some proclaim them illegal. The Company does not call anyone to use the Intellectual on-line game in jurisdictions that forbid it. The availability of the Intellectual game doesn't mean suggestion and invitation on our part to play the game in the countries where such activity is illegal.

4 Use of the System

4.1. It is forbidden for the User:

4.1.1 to make copies, distribute and translate any user’s information represented on the sites of the Company without written permission of the latter;

4.1.2 to penetrate or make attempt to penetrate and get access to or by any other methods evade the Platform Safety System and interfere with the work of the Intellectual on-line game. In case the User's attempts to break up, get access to the Safety System or any other methods to evade the Safety System are found out the Company will block up the User's account with further appeal to the law enforcement agency.

4.2 The User agrees that the Company does not bear the responsibility for losses the User may suffer as the result of any User's actions.

5 Security

5.1 The company is registered under the laws of the BVI and fully complies with the laws of this country to provide the work of the Intellectual game in the Internet under the name of www.quizmillion.com.

5.2 The company gives access to the game exclusively by means of the safe informative networks with the use of cryptographic transformation of a password. The User will not be able to play the Intellectual game without login.

5.3 It is forbidden to use the Intellectual game for other Users. Any use of the Intellectual game is intended exclusively for personal needs.

5.4 The User is obliged to keep confidential of his or her login and password. The User bears the responsibility for any transactions conducted in relation to a player's account using the User's password. Any person having got access to the User's account using a correct login and password is identified by the system as the User. Consequently all operations with an account when inputting a correct name of a user and password will be considered valid.

5.5 The User has no right to allow the third party to use his or her own account for a game. The User has no right to use somebody's account or payment means for getting access to the game.

5.6 The User is obliged to accept the rules of the game before starting the game.

6 User Responsibility

6.1 The Company makes no statement and gives no guarantee in relation to legality of getting access and using the Intellectual game in the country the User lives in. The identification of legality of using the Intellectual game is your responsibility.

6.2 The User is obligated not to pass the rights conditioned by this agreement under any circumstances without the written permission of the Company.

6.3 The User is obligated to pay all taxes or other costs both casual and resulting from the proper winnings.

6.4 The User pays all commissions of the pay systems for transferring money into/out of the game.

6.5 The User admits the Company right to dispose of all transactions for output means from the User's account. The User also admits the Company right to stop making payments in case the User is under suspicion of swindle, conspiracy or any illegal actions.

6.6 The User admits his or her responsibility to power and maintain work of the User's computer equipment and the Internet connections that are necessary for access to the game. The Company bears no responsibility for any losses caused by the Internet provider while connecting with a game facilities.

6.7 The User is obligated to make no actions that can discredit the Company.

7 Guarantees

7.1 The Company guarantees the game winner to gain a prize.

8 Your assurances

The User declares with the complete responsibility that all mentioned below are true:

8.1 All information given by the User when registering is reliable.

8.2 The User does not use money obtained by criminal way.

8.3 The information of the User's credit card belongs to the actual proprietor; the card is not stolen or lost.

8.4 The User is not our employee or manager. In this case the User will not be able to get winning.

8.5 The User is obligated not to give incorrect information when opening the personal account.

9 Change of this agreement

9.1 The Company has the right to change this agreement, the rules of the game and privacy principles at any time.

9.2 Changes come into effect from the moment they are inserted. The user is obligated to regularly check up the availability of advising on changes.

10 Fixing Rights

10.1 The Company reserves a right to offer bonuses or make other special suggestions to the User. Such suggestions will comply with certain terms being valid during certain interval of time.

10.2 In case the User has claims on quality of questions (a wrong answer or double-barrelled question) he has the right to send a message to the Project Administration with pointing out a mistake. If the fact of a mistake is proved the additional bonus is scored to the User in administration's option.

10.3 In the case of disagreement about winnings the decision of the Company is considered as final.

11 Condition

This agreement comes into effect from the moment the User chooses 'I agree' option. In order to avoid misunderstanding the User is considered to be guided by the rules of the agreement when joining the Intellectual game.

12 Notification

11.1 The User agrees to receive a message from the Company by e-mail.
