Purpose for collection of Data

All players are asked to provide certain personal information when they register to play for the Quizmillion. This information is completely confidential and used solely for the following purposes:   

• To administer and manage the QuizMillion.
• Address verification to minimize and prevent credit card fraud.  
• Verification that all winnings and refunds are sent directly to the correct player at the correct address.
• Verification that underage players will not be admitted to our quiz.  
• To enable us to communicate newsletters, promotions and special offers directly to each player, in a personal manner.
• To satisfy legal and regulatory requirements.  

QuizMillion gives the categorical assurance to all players that this information will never be abused in any way and belongs strictly to QuizMillion at all times. Should any player, at any time, wish to be removed from our database or mailing list, we will do so immediately.

We communicate these privacy guidelines to every QuizMillion employee, to make sure your personal information remains confidential.  We do not knowingly solicit any information from persons under the age of 18 or send them requests for information of any kind.

Sharing of Data  

Quizmillion's websites may contain links to other sites. We do not share your personal information with those other websites or our quiz sponsors and we are not responsible for their privacy policies. We encourage you to learn about the privacy policies of any such company.

Right of Access

You have the right to require that we provide you with access to the personal data supplied and in appropriate circumstances, the right to rectify and/or erase any inaccurate, incomplete or immaterial personal data which is being processed.

Miscellaneous

We will try to contact you via email, if we are going to use your personal information differently than stated at the time you registered for this quiz.
